03/27/2004 "USA Justice"

A priest (actually a Catholic Bishop) makes a bargain with prosecutors to avoid criminal charges involving sexually abused children. A few months later, he hits a pedestrian and runs from the scene of the accident. The bishop hit the pedestrian with his car and left him to die without any help. The good father did not call anyone to assist the injured victim. Several hours after the hit and run, the Bishop attempts to have his windshield repaired and is caught. The pedestrian died.

The Bishop states that he thought he hit a dog. And presumably for the good priests of the catholic anti-choice, anti-gay rights, church, it is OK to hit a dog with a car and keep on driving. Just like it is an "illness" (not a crime) to rape the children you force women to breed for your church.

But I am writing about Justice in the U.S. - not the Lords of the Church.

A judge sentenced the respectable male Bishop today. FOUR years probation for killing a man and lying about it. In Wisconsin, Richland Center Judge Leinweber gave me THREE years probation for violating a restraining order to go into my neighbor's yard to retrieve kittens the neighbor was convicted of torturing and killing. I was financially ruined because the judge granted a restraining order to a man (and his wife) who killed my cats.

The neighbors then manipulated the system to ruin me because I exposed them as animal abusers and exposed their cop friends as enablers. They baited traps to lure the cats into their yards, opened gates after I built a fence, tried to run me down with a car and then had me arrested for harassing them and much more.

Even after I moved from that town, these abusers kept making formal complaints to all they could. Formal complaints which I had to answer. They had a good knowledge of how to use the system from their previously reduced domestic disorder conviction. When you grant a restraining order to an abuser against his victim; the fact that he will use the order to further victimize his target is just too predictable. But not predictable enough to prevent the Bitch Hunt use of restraining order this way by the "justice" system. The "justice" system armed this neighbor as surely as if they bought him the guns he used to kill the animals to whom I gave shelter.

The justice system in the US punishes the innocent and excuses the guilty. It is easier. The innocent do not manipulate the system as well as the guilty. They expect their obvious innocence to be enough.

They say the legal system no longer burns witches but it burned me alive. Remember Lawrencia Bembenick? And Martha Stewart is financially ruined and faces federal prison time for lying about a matter that is not even criminal. They wanted to prosecute her for saying she is innocent. Her business is decimated because of the Justice System's bitch hunt. She gave money to democrats. Let's see what happens to the executives of Tyson/Tyco (they all begin to blur) who stole billions but are republican contributors.

Power has done its' job in the US legal system - don't look to the courts for justice.

How obvious does it have to get before we wake up and take back the system?

Wake up and become conscious of:

The number of black men in jail for a BS drug war. 36% of black males made convicted felons and, lucky for the republicans, unable to vote in some states. Meanwhile the Bush girls get sentenced to "treatment" facilities, and resentenced to said facilities even after they walk away to get more drugs.

The number of innocent rescued from death row over the objections of the state to DNA testing. The numerous penalties in sentencing, parole, and probation for insisting on your own innocence as compared to just accepting a plea bargain. Acceptance of the "state's bargain" makes the innocent give up the right to sue for false prosecution/imprisonment/excessive force and makes them liable for the costs of prosecution, "restitution", fines, and provides other economic and justification benefits for the state. And they say the star chamber no longer exists.

Male white collar criminals and multi-national corporations stealing from ordinary people with only token enforcement.

Unelected judges deciding elections.

The elimination of civil recovery for victims while insurance companies reap obscene profits.

The interesting thing is that when the media reports an egregious appeals decision, the names of the judges who made the decision are not reported. Then, when there is an election, nothing is known or discovered about those we elect to rule over our lives.

NO JUSTICE - JUST US
