Suspected Deer Killer Suspect In Hit And Run
One of the brothers that were involved with the wanton torture and killing of several deer in Waupaca County has been a suspect in a hit and run, in which a person was killed while walking home from a party.
The brother was never charged because law enforcement officers failed to do a reconstruction in a timely manner. Now the DA's office is going to review the case again. The family had already filed a civil suit for wrongful death.
